                                 ADMISSION AmericasMart® Atlanta is a wholesale facility open to select professionals including: Designers and Buyers, and their guests – a one-time credentialing for the business and each buyer/designer is required, then register online for each Market (2 guests per company, guest fees may apply) Media – with prior approval via Chelsea Bohannon (cbohannon@imcenters.com) register online for each Market and provide valid editorial credentials Exhibitors, including their staff, representatives, models, suppliers and guests use the AmericasMart Exhibitor Portal to register at AmericasMart.com/Login Representatives, with the authorization of an exhibitor and a business card Suppliers of professional services to exhibitors, with the authorization an exhibitor and a business card Non-exhibiting Manufacturers, with an AmericasMart sales appointment, product catalog and business card Invitation-Only Guests Other attendees: Children of designers and buyers, ages 12 to 17, are permitted as guests with proof of age; special accommodations are made for babies under one year of age with a waiver and release. Any business that sources or resells product represented at AmericasMart, including but not limited to: designers, retailers, distributors, gift shops, architects, landscape architects, builders, home stagers, contract/hospitality buyers, purchasing agents, film and television production buyers, and event planners. What credentials are required? Business Credentials PLUS Individual Designer/Buyer Credentials: Children Other than infants (as provided below) or child models credentialed by the Fashion Office and accompanied by an adult, children under 12 years of age are not admitted on showroom or exhibit hall floors for any reason. No exceptions can be made. There are Mother’s Lounges in Building 1, Floor 22 and Building 3, Floor 13. • Infants under the age of one year will be permitted admission as a guest if all of the below requirements are met: Guest Policy Business Credentials – one or more may be required; certain exceptions may be made. • Current retail business license or resale tax certificate or business registration or VAT certificate • Proof of operational business website (for retailers and distributors, the website should include products for sale and/or store locations) • Current invoices for wholesale purchases totaling $1,000 or more - The infant is accompanied by an adult at all times - The infant is carried in a baby carrier or sling; no strollers permitted - The parent or adult guardian signs a waiver and liability release, which must be presented each time the adult returns with the infant. • Children ages 12 to 17 will be permitted admission and are not subject to a guest fee with valid identification showing • For architects, landscape architects, designers, home stagers, contract/ hospitality, film production, and event planners only: state license/certification or professional membership affiliation Individual Designer or Buyer Credentials: personalized business card, personalized company credit card or recent pay stub proof of age (e.g. birth certificate, school identification, passport or other identification showing date of birth). This policy applies to Buyers, Buyer Guests, Exhibitor Guests and Guests of AmericasMart personnel. Exhibitors are encouraged to consult building rules and regulations for policies addressing admission of their own children. Each business is limited to two guests and each guest must present valid, government-issued photo identification. A guest fee of $40 per guest will be charged for all Gift & Home Furnishings, Rug and Immediate Delivery shows (Visa or MasterCard). The spouse of a registered buyer in attendance will not be subject to a guest fee. All attendees must check-in onsite at a registration location and present valid, government-issued photo ID to receive a badge, along with any required business or employee credentials not previously provided.
